Registration of Teams:

Teams shall register with tournament officials on Friday, January 29, 2010, between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at: Courtyard by Marriot, 1856 Remount Road, Gastonia, NC 28054 704-852-4411. See link for directions

A team representative shall bring the following to registration:

1. A medical waiver for each player
2. Signed player passes for each player.
3. One current official red stamped match roster.
4. One red stamped guest player roster for any guest players on teams.
5. Three black & white copies of the current red stamped match roster, and three guest player rosters if applicable.
6. If the team is from outside of NC, a properly executed permission to travel form must be submitted

At registration, a team representative should be prepared to complete a Team Locator Form with the team name, age group and gender, contact person, area hotel where the team is staying, and cellular phone number. This information will be used to notify teams of schedule or field changes, team rankings, etc.
