If the game isn't fun for the kids, what's the point, right? Here at Gaston United, we want the KIDS to have fun playing the game of soccer. The best way KIDS can have fun is by touching the ball -- a lot. That’s why we are proponenents of smaller fields with a fewer amount of players on the field at one time. This way, everyone has a greater opportunity to touch the ball when they are playing 4 v 4, 6 v 6, or 8 v 8 formats. While playing in this environment creates FUN, skills and abilities are also naturally developed.
