We look forward with anticipation to our spring 2010 season and we would like to welcome you to GUSC and extend our congratulations on being selected to a team.

Commitment Fee
To finalize your commitment to a GUSC team, an initial payment of $200 is required. This initial deposit is applied to your yearly GUSC fees. This commitment fee is non-refundable. Prior to committing to a team, please be sure that you have read and understand the GUSC Fee Schedule.
Program/Team Selection
Before continuing, please be certain that you know the age group and playing level of the team that you have been selected for. You will not be selecting a team name during the registration process, players will be assigned to the teams by system administration. The Age Group Chart 2009-2010 may be a useful reference for the correct information.
Notes to Remember for Successful Registration
- Please log on using the correct option as explained on the next page.
- Carefully choose the correct program using the dropdown boxes.
- Be sure to note if the player was born outside of the US.
- Enter/confirm contact infomation carefully!
- Please consider volunteering - we depend on our awesome volunteers!
- Confirmation page - at this point, the system will notify you of the full fee amount for the selected program. This is not a payment screen!
- Please read the club agreement and click "I agree" to proceed to checkout.
- You will be given the option to pay only the $200 commitment fee when you enter your credit/debit card information. Alternately, you may choose to pay in full at this time.
- Upon successful completion of registration, you will recieve a confimation email.
