FALL REC registration is now open! Players can register for the Fall 2012 season (for $75) or for both the Fall and the Spring 2013 seasons together (for $110). Registering can be done in 5 easy steps:
1. print & complete REGISTRATION FORM
2. Print & complete the Medical Waiver Form
3. read, print & sign GUSC’s Code of Conduct
4. make a copy of child’s birth certificate 
5. deliver/mail payment (along with items above) to the club office
