The final session for Technical Agility Night (TAN) is Friday, Oct. 26, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pearl Henderson Fields. Coach/trainer Efrain Tirado will be handing out T-shirts to select players who perform well (while supplies last!). The session is open to ALL GUSC players. Coach Tirado, the director and founder of First Touch Soccer & Fitness Training, encourages everyone to get a last touch before the weekend’s games. All season, TAN has emphasized dribbling, passing, receiving (both on ground and out of air), ball striking (both shooting and crossing), speed, agility and quickness progression (with and without ball).
