On the left are links to printable documents and how the program works:Some Things to note are:
1)Each team will sign up as an organization of their own. For example: GUSC
93 Boys would be the organization for my teams fundraiser. Do not sign up as
just GUSC, as this could limit other teams from being able to participate.
2)The organization chairperson would be the respective team manager.
3)The Tax ID # can be found on GUSC’s website at the back of the Capital
Campaign Booklet. The # is 26-1708133.
4)You do not have to pay in advance for these tickets.
5)You can get up to 102 tickets initially. Once you sell all 102 tickets and
have the monies for them, you can then turn monies in and acquire additional
tickets within the specified 31 day period. I would recommend giving each
player or parent 1 ticket to show prospective buyers for selling purposes,
and give players the tickets they need as they turn in the monies. THE
CHAIRPERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TICKETS!
